On Wednesday, March 6, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the Orange County Board of Supervisors in partnership with the Orange County Workforce Investment Board (OCWIB) will be hosting the Orange County Job Fair open to the public.  The job fair and workshops will take place at the Hyatt Regency Irvine at 17900 Jamboree Blvd., Irvine, California.  Both employers and job seekers are invited to participate in this free event.

The job fair will kick off with guest speaker Supervisor Todd Spitzer as well as OCWIB Executive Director, Andrew Munoz.  Employers such as at&t, Balboa Capital Corporation, HITCO Carbon Composites, Irvine Company, Kaiser Permanente, Meggitt Sensing Systems, MV Transportation, Pratt Communications, Quiksilver, Wells Fargo and the Wyndham Irvine – Orange County Airport will accepting resumes from job seekers.  Resume critique and Get to Know your FREE One-Stop Center are ongoing workshops throughout the event.  There are also free unemployment resources.
