An unprecedented collaboration of cities, a major university, the #1 talk radio station and private enterprises have come together to teach small  businesses how to increase revenue and build customer loyalty in a free, 2 hour, hands-on workshop.

On February 23 from 8:30am until 12:00pm, Concordia University will host several hundred businesses to introduce them to a 13-week program that has helped thousands since 2010. Many of these come from the sponsoring cities of Aliso Viejo, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, Dana Point, Huntington Beach, Laguna Niguel, Santa Margarita, and Santa Ana, with more pending. Representatives from many chambers, plus community, civic and business leaders, including Wing Lam, CEO of Wahoo’s, and Allergan Pharmaceuticals will be participating, along with support from Cox cable, PATCH newspaper chain, KFI radio and other trade groups.

This is the first time a large number of cities have collaborated with academia and media outlets to support the business community. The event is also an open call for retailers submit their application to become KFI radio’s next featured Cash Mob business.

This award-wining and highly acclaimed program facilitated by Opis Network, provides a blueprint and workbook with actionable steps for success and the tools to implement business changing steps along with developing accountability to themselves, customers and employees.

The “Helping 100 Businesses for 100 Days” program is Saturday, February 23 from 8:30am. to 12:00pm at Concordia University in Irvine, California. The free workshop is open to all businesses inside and outside of Orange County. Each participant will have the opportunity to continue in the successive 100 day program, which can be free to qualifying businesses.
