Irvine Chamber - Business Breakfast / A business-themed Breakfast Featuring Irvine's Mayor
Meet and mingle with the City of Irvine’s Mayor at the Annual Business Breakfast with the Mayor. Not only will the mayor provide an update on the State of the City address, s/he will also announce the winner of the Business of the Year award. With Irvine’s dynamic business culture, this event is essential to staying up-to-date on new city developments.
At this year’s event, Mayor Beth Krom shared with the community Irvine’s accomplishments this year, including the i shuttle, green projects and the city’s recognition as the “Safest Big City in America” for the third year in a row. She, along with other civic leaders, honored the 2007 Business of the Year.
Edging other excellent companies, State Street Investment Manager Solutions is the 2007 Business of the Year. They won with their variety of charitable contributions, including donating blankets for Project Linus, supporting the environment with the California Coastal Commission and fostering literacy with READ Orange County.
